Squirrels

7:55 a.m. Dispatched the animal control officer to Pierce Island for   “an aggressive squirrel.”

After a terrifying day of squirrel sightings Julie was just looking forward to a little dinner.

Hatchlings

For the past few weeks I have been working on sea turtle hatchling mosaics.  Little turtles, big turtles, hatching turtles, turtle eggs, seaweed, sand dollars, shells...



Fresh out of the kiln we have some eggs along with hatchlings chasing Momma Turtle.

Leaf Tile Back Splash

This kitchen back splash was designed using colorful stoneware leaf tile.  It was a winter commission so many of these leaves were made using my collection of realistic scaled molds of identifiable leaves.
